Review:
Mothers Tavern has always been one of the best places for live music.
Owner Paul Brown has always enjoyed Swing and Jazz, so much so that
he created his own house band: The Sugar Daddy Swing Kings, who are
featured once a month at the location.
A different Band is rotated in each week of the month.
1st Week: Viper Six
2nd Week: Royal Garden Swing Orchestra
3rd Week: The Sugar Daddy Swing Kings
4th Week: Rose Garden Dance Band
Mothers is a great place to go, have a drink, have a few dances, and
generally be social. The crowd is all ages, and many out of towners
and passer bys are sure to be hanging out.
The bartenders are friendly and accomodating. There's no
charge for entrance, and the water is free. Mothers has a great
bar, and serves some wonderful beers.
